About the role

Infinite Fusion Works Private Limited is seeking an Experienced Labour Contractor to join its on‑site team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and supervising labour crews for construction and industrial projects, ensuring that workforces are properly staffed and aligned with project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, organise, and retain reliable labour for construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Coordinate daily with site managers and clients to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Track attendance, productivity, and wage registers, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with on‑site safety practices, labour regulations, and project‑specific permits.
• Resolve on‑site disputes or issues promptly and fairly.
• Communicate workforce planning, resource constraints, and project updates to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing labour teams in construction, infrastructure, or industrial settings, preferably in or around Jaipur.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, labour laws, and basic compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse workers, supervisors, and clients.
• Ability to maintain accurate records for attendance, wages, and work allocation.
• Problem‑solving aptitude for handling urgent manpower needs and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with local labour markets and vendors is an advantage.
• Minimum secondary education; a diploma or certification in construction management is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site under varying conditions and flexible hours as required.
