Experienced Electrician – Residential & Commercial

About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Electrician with 1‑3 years of experience to maintain and service electrical systems in residential apartment complexes and commercial buildings. The role involves routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable power supply.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine checks of electrical systems and maintain daily logs/checklists.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical panels, pumps, motors, and lighting.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities on all electrical equipment.
- Inspect generator performance and ensure proper working condition.
Required profile
- ITI in Electrical or a recognized wireman certification.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial electrical maintenance.
Required skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical faults.
