Executive/Assistant Manager – Technical Sales (Hydraulics)

About the role

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking an Executive/Assistant Manager to lead technical sales for its hydraulics portfolio. The role focuses on business development, order and receivable management for key construction OEMs in the construction, mining and material handling sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales opportunities with construction, mining and material‑handling OEMs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: quotation, order processing, and receivable follow‑up.
• Coordinate internally with service, planning, quality and application teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support, product selection and circuit design for hydraulic solutions.
• Travel to client sites as required to support business development.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with an MBA preferred.
• 4–10 years of experience in industrial or technical sales, preferably in hydraulics.
• Strong business communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel based on business needs.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of hydraulics products and circuit design.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
• Experience using SAP and CRM tools for order and customer management.
