Executive - Training Scheduling and Planning

About the role

The Executive – Training Scheduling and Planning will support the Manager of Training Scheduling and Planning at Airbus India Training Centre. The role ensures effective forecasting, planning and delivery of flight training courses for airline customers.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast and plan flight training courses, creating and sharing course programmes using appropriate tools.
• Manage facility (dry slots) and instructor (wet slots) bookings to optimise resource utilisation.
• Coordinate with Central Operations, Training Standardisation, FSTD and Quality teams to provide instructors, equipment and maintenance planning.
• Handle last‑minute changes by liaising with airlines and internal Airbus teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in internal quality and external regulatory/customer audits.
• Work with Finance to clear subcontracted simulator invoices and with Central Operations for training data collection and reporting.
• Monitor implementation of Aircraft Purchase Agreement clauses related to training and ensure customer training milestones are met on schedule.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
• Interest in aeronautics and knowledge of Indian/international aviation regulations for flight training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using G‑Suite applications.
