Executive – Supply Growth Acquisition

About the role

StayVista is looking for an Executive to lead supply growth and acquisition of holiday homes in Goa. You will work closely with property owners, internal teams and market analysts to expand our villa portfolio and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a lead pipeline to meet regional supply targets.
• Negotiate terms with property owners and convert leads into onboarded villas.
• Collaborate with retention, grievance and performance teams to drive growth and meet sales goals.
• Maintain accurate lead documentation and conversion tracking.
• Identify emerging markets, monitor competitors and propose strategic actions.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
