Executive PSAM – IT Procurement & Asset Management

About the role

The Executive PSAM will lead strategic IT procurement and asset management activities for a partner organization based in India. You will coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and lifecycle management of hardware, software, licenses, and cloud services while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and maintenance contracts.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with IT teams to capture technical needs, demand forecasts, and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate purchase orders, vendor communications, deliveries, renewals, and asset lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and asset registers using tracking tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost‑optimization, and value‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, analyse procurement data, and aid decision‑making.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3‑4 years of experience in IT procurement, hardware management, or sourcing.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience managing IT hardware procurement activities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
