Executive Protection Team Lead

About the role

The Executive Protection Team Lead will provide dedicated close‑protection services to a high‑net‑worth individual based in Bangalore. Working within Pinkerton’s global security network, the role combines personal security, advance planning and real‑time coordination to ensure the principal’s safety during daily activities, travel and events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver close protection for the principal during routines, meetings, events and travel while remaining unobtrusive.
• Maintain continuous situational awareness, anticipate threats and conduct risk assessments.
• Perform advance reconnaissance, route planning and identify primary, secondary and emergency routes.
• Liaise with venue security teams, residential staff and local authorities as required.
• Respond immediately to threats, medical emergencies or incidents, implementing evacuation or defensive protocols per SOPs.
• Document and report incidents accurately through established channels.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Pinkerton management.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on close protection or executive protection experience.
• Strong observational abilities and threat‑assessment skills.
• Physically fit, agile, mentally alert and resilient under stress.
• High level of discretion, loyalty and integrity.
• Familiarity with Bangalore’s routes, traffic patterns and local security dynamics.
