Executive Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Executive Procurement role is responsible for managing strategic sourcing and procurement activities for indirect categories, ensuring cost‑effective acquisition of civil, mechanical, electrical, CAPEX, MRO and spare parts. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align procurement actions with business objectives and maintain high supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to guarantee quality, reliability and on‑time delivery.
• Prepare, monitor and administer purchase orders in compliance with internal policies.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial conditions to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Track market trends, benchmark suppliers and provide market intelligence for sourcing decisions.
• Support new product development by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Draft, review and manage procurement contracts and sub‑contractor agreements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Prepare procurement reports, KPIs and performance analyses.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in sourcing and vendor management within a structured procurement environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an MBA (preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
