Executive Presentation Writer & Designer

About the role

The Executive Presentation Writer & Designer creates end‑to‑end board, SteerCo and C‑suite decks. You will transform complex inputs into clear, decision‑ready narratives and high‑impact visual presentations that align with corporate branding.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full deck lifecycle: intake, storylining, drafting, design, iteration and final production for senior‑level governance materials.
• Craft concise executive messaging, sharp headlines and data‑driven storytelling using charts, tables and diagrams.
• Design modern, brand‑aligned PowerPoint slides with strong visual hierarchy and polished aesthetics.
• Develop reusable assets such as templates, slide libraries, iconography and frameworks to improve speed and consistency.
• Partner with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Finance, Transformation leads) to challenge assumptions, incorporate feedback and maintain narrative coherence.
• Manage multiple concurrent priorities while ensuring confidentiality and rigorous quality control, including typography, spacing and accessibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating enterprise‑level, board‑ready PowerPoint decks, including SteerCo packs, board updates and transformation reports.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to write brief, precise, decision‑oriented copy.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence senior leaders while protecting design quality.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments with strict deadlines and confidentiality requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint expertise (master slides, complex charts, layout systems).
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for graphic creation and refinement.
• AI‑assisted content generation tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
