Executive Positions – Contract (5-year) – Metro Rail Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced executives to join the metro rail projects of Maha‑Metro on a contract basis. The positions are for a five‑year term (or until retirement) and involve overseeing key aspects of the Nagpur, Pune and Thane metro initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of metro rail construction activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and stakeholder teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Manage budgets, contracts and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in engineering, urban planning, project management or a related field.
• Proven experience in large‑scale infrastructure or rail projects.
• Ability to work on a fixed‑term contract and adapt to project‑driven environments.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
