Executive Operations – Hub Management

About the role

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Hub Operations is responsible for managing end‑to‑end mid‑mile operations at an assigned air or surface hub. The role ensures seamless movement of shipments across the Blue Dart network, maintaining operational accuracy, service reliability and the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound and transit operations at the hub.
• Coordinate shift operations, including shipment processing, fleet movements and manpower deployment.
• Collaborate with Network Operations, Aviation, Surface Linehaul, Customer Service and Regional Operations teams to ensure network connectivity.
• Maintain productivity targets while upholding safety and compliance standards.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Senior executive or assistant manager level with experience in hub or mid‑mile logistics operations.
• Proven ability to lead shift teams and manage operational resources.
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound and transit processes in air and surface logistics.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple functional teams.
