Executive – Lead Generation (Payroll Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Executive – Lead Generation to drive new business for Petpooja’s Payroll solution. You will engage both existing and prospective customers, showcase product features and turn interest into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with existing and new customers to generate leads for Petpooja Payroll.
• Explain newly released payroll features and the overall product offering.
• Convert interested prospects into qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.
• Achieve assigned lead‑generation targets on a regular basis.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure follow‑up communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation or customer success.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, payroll solutions or B2B sales is a plus.
• Target‑driven mindset with excellent goal orientation.
