Executive Housekeeper

About the role

As an Executive Housekeeper you will lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service across all rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the entire housekeeping department, ensuring SOPs and Shahpura standards are consistently applied.
• Address guest concerns promptly, coordinating with relevant areas to create memorable moments.
• Participate in yield‑management meetings and implement revenue‑management strategies to maximise room revenue.
• Oversee departmental training programmes and maintain compliance with all operational procedures.
• Ensure accurate use of the Cloud PMS system for room status and housekeeping reporting.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with proven leadership experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong ability to follow and enforce SOPs and maintain brand standards.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead by example, foster a high‑performance team culture and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with a cloud‑based Property Management System (Cloud PMS) or similar hospitality software.
