Executive - Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communication for our fast‑growing e‑commerce brand in skincare and makeup. You will shape the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, driving design innovation while maintaining aesthetic consistency and commercial appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing creatives for campaigns, product launches, offers, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure brand identity consistency across all digital touchpoints and adapt concepts for multiple platforms.
• Create banners, landing‑page assets, marketplace visuals, and website graphics for e‑commerce and performance marketing.
• Produce engaging social‑media ads, emailers, CRM assets, and app/web promotions.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and platform teams to deliver creatives on time and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Stay updated on beauty, fashion, and social‑media design trends; research competitor work and experiment with new styles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney or Gemini.
