Executive - Food & Beverage

About the role

StayVista is looking for an Executive – Food & Beverage to lead food sales and kitchen operations across its luxury villa portfolio in Delhi. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality culinary experiences, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while supporting owner and guest management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative, seasonal menus that align with guest preferences and cost targets.
• Oversee inventory levels, supply ordering and waste minimisation to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Design and deliver training programmes for kitchen staff to boost performance and service quality.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure health, safety and internal standards are met.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate quality, delivery timelines and optimal food costs.
• Track and drive key metrics such as Food GBV, Food CR, direct share sales and pre‑sales performance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality or a related field.
• Proven ability to create unique, high‑quality dishes that enhance guest experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and a focus on cost management.
