Executive - Finance

About the role

The Executive – Finance will support treasury, investments, banking, and regulatory compliance functions. This role ensures accurate day‑to‑day finance operations, timely reconciliations, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing investment transactions, maintaining documentation for market instruments, fund investments, equity trades, and foreign exchange.
• Monitor cash flows, optimise bank balances, track investment maturities and support ODI/OPI transactions.
• Renew and assess banking limits, monitor facilities, collateral and securities, and ensure compliance with bank covenants.
• Coordinate KYC processes and prepare regulatory filings for RBI and other statutory authorities.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for corporate entities, share reconciliations, and support financial analysis for management.
• Collaborate with investment, accounting, taxation, audit, and other teams to ensure seamless finance operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or related field; MBA (Finance) or MFS preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, banking or investment operations.
• Familiarity with banking transactions, mutual fund operations, and ERP systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite or SAP.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (RBI/FEMA knowledge preferred).
