Executive Field Trainer – Beauty Products (Kerala)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Field Trainer to lead beauty product training for Purplle stores and exclusive brand outlets across Kerala. You will work closely with retail sales and operations teams to deliver consistent, high‑impact learning experiences for beauty advisors and store managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training material on makeup, skincare, fragrances and accessories, emphasizing product knowledge, selling techniques and brand values.
• Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, identify learner improvement areas, and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Plan and schedule training calendars, manage regional curricula, and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Analyze training data, generate effectiveness reports, and drive higher participation from line managers.
• Maintain training manuals, multimedia aids, and soft‑skill refresher modules.
• Participate in Train‑the‑Trainer programs and deliver grooming, etiquette, and KRA‑focused sessions.
• Evaluate performance of beauty advisors, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with MIS, SOPs and training trackers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty‑industry training or senior beauty advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and fragrance product lines.
• Excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Proven ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple training initiatives.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
