Executive – Distribution (Outbound Logistics & Warehousing) – PwD

About the role

The Executive – Distribution will oversee outbound logistics and warehousing operations for TL, ensuring key performance metrics such as stock ageing, SKU compliance, truck turnaround and safety are met. The role is open exclusively to persons with disability and requires coordination with internal teams and third‑party logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries from TL to depots, coordinate with OBL and sales teams for receipts, damages and timely placement.
• Track old and DDD stock, prepare regular reports, and drive disposal or liquidation in collaboration with CFA and 3PL partners.
• Ensure compliance with GRC, audit observations, 5S standards and safety regulations, raising debit notes and insurance claims as needed.
• Maintain budget, bill clearance, purchase orders and vendor payments in line with financial cycles.
• Prepare periodic financial and stock‑take reports, support revenue budget tracking and execute executive development projects.

Required profile

• Graduate (B.Com/BAF/BBI/BBA/BMS/M.Com/MBA) in supply chain, operations or related field; post‑graduate diploma in materials management is desired.
• Ability to work independently without tool support, meeting all performance indicators and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using SAP for inventory and financial processes.
• Ability to create presentations with PowerPoint.
