Executive - Dispatch and Logistics

About the role

The Executive – Dispatch and Logistics will oversee the end‑to‑end movement of goods, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate documentation and smooth coordination between transportation and warehouse teams. Based in Dadra, the role supports the company’s supply chain objectives by managing daily logistics operations and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor dispatch activities to meet delivery deadlines.
• Prepare and verify E‑Way Bills, LRs, invoices, delivery challans and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and stock movements.
• Track transportation performance, resolve issues and optimize routes.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and generate regular logistics reports.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align dispatch plans with demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management; a graduate degree in Commerce, Logistics or related field is preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in dispatch, transportation or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of Indian logistics regulations, including E‑Way Bill compliance.
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for logistics management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (MS Office suite).
