Executive Assistant to Senior Management

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to a senior leader within the hospitality and aviation sectors. The role demands high discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage a fast‑paced executive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external clients.
• Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and manage the executive’s inbox.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Maintain confidential documents, databases, and facilitate MIS, reports, and dashboards as required.
• Track senior management preferences and ensure prompt, accurate responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior leader (C‑suite or executive level).
• Background in hospitality or aviation preferred.
• Exceptional discretion, confidentiality, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Presentable demeanor with the ability to anticipate the executive’s needs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS‑Office and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Outstanding organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and stay up‑to‑date with the latest office technology.
