Executive Assistant to Principal – Bangalore (On-site)

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling edtech startup focused on teacher placement and school staffing across India. We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Principal, who drives high‑impact strategic initiatives. This on‑site role in Whitefield‑Varthur, Bangalore, requires meticulous organization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Principal’s calendar, travel arrangements, and priorities, ensuring zero missed deadlines.
• Screen, filter, and prioritize communications from school principals, investors, and partners.
• Prepare meeting decks, briefing notes, and executive summaries for board sessions, investor reviews, and internal strategy discussions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional syncs between Product, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain alignment.
• Handle expense reporting, vendor coordination, and ad‑hoc operational tasks with precision.
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper, flagging risks and highlighting opportunities for strategic attention.
