Executive Assistant to Managing Director

About the role

We are a diversified business group seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to act as the Promoter’s right hand. This Executive Assistant role blends high‑level finance, taxation and banking expertise with executive support across all group entities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and MIS reporting for all businesses.
• Manage direct and indirect tax matters (Income Tax, GST, TDS) and coordinate with tax consultants.
• Ensure statutory compliance (ROC/MCA filings, audits, regulatory requirements).
• Prepare financial summaries, cash‑flow projections and decision‑support analysis.
• Serve as primary liaison with banks, handling working capital facilities, term loans, credit lines and treasury operations.
• Negotiate banking terms, monitor covenants and manage CIBIL/credit profiles, guarantees and letters of credit.
• Support evaluation of new business opportunities, conduct due diligence and review commercial agreements.
• Manage the Promoter’s professional calendar, travel logistics and represent the Promoter in meetings.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong finance and tax knowledge.
• Proven experience in banking liaison, treasury management and statutory compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and travel as needed.
