Executive Assistant to Managing Director – Founder’s Office

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director in the Founder’s Office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, focusing on driving projects, coordinating teams, and turning strategic ideas into actionable results within a fast‑growing hospitality business.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow up on key business projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation that provide visibility into performance.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, vendors, and senior leadership on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment processes, schedule meetings, and support business planning activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports for the Managing Director.
• Help design and implement systems and processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach.
• Excellent follow‑up and coordination abilities.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
