Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing analytical, operational and coordination support across the business. The role ensures that business planning, budgeting, performance reviews and capital‑expenditure initiatives are executed efficiently and align with the company’s priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual business planning and budgeting process with functional leaders, consolidating revenue plans and analysing trends.
• Identify growth opportunities, productivity improvements and cost‑optimization initiatives for senior leadership.
• Prepare and present annual operating plans and strategic business reviews for CEO evaluation.
• Partner with project managers to review capital‑expenditure proposals, assessing business rationale, financial returns and risk considerations.
• Guide project teams in developing robust business cases and ensure clear articulation of strategic alignment and expected benefits.
• Monitor ongoing business initiatives, facilitate cross‑functional communication and support timely decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business planning, budgeting or financial analysis within a large organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
