Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in a fast‑moving education and university partnership environment. You will manage high‑stakes calendars, coordinate global travel, and act as a liaison with international university representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritising B2B university meetings, investor relations and strategic reviews.
• Arrange global travel itineraries, including flights, visas, accommodation and agendas for international visits and education fairs.
• Filter and prioritise incoming communications across email, phone and WhatsApp Business channels.
• Serve as primary contact for university representatives and institutional partners.
• Draft, review and organise partnership agreements, franchise contracts and compliance documents.
• Attend executive meetings, record minutes, track deliverables and hold department heads accountable.
• Oversee high‑profile events such as global education fairs, pre‑departure briefings and networking dinners.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects like CRM upgrades (Salesforce, HubSpot) and new student‑tracking workflows.
• Compile performance dashboards, prepare PowerPoint presentations and speeches for industry panels and internal town halls.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to C‑suite executives.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an education‑focused, international context.
• Expert knowledge of AI concepts and applications.
