Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

The Car Laundry is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO and leadership team. This high‑ownership position blends executive support with cross‑functional coordination, allowing you to drive efficiency using modern digital and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Analyze business data and compile weekly/monthly performance summaries.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and improve workflows.
• Support basic HR tasks such as interview scheduling, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
• Handle vendor coordination and office/operational logistics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Discreet, professional, and highly trustworthy with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Based in Bangalore (preferred).
