Executive / Assistant Manager – Industrial Applications

About the role

As an Executive / Assistant Manager in Industrial Applications, you will provide technical support to the sales team, drive the preparation of RFQs, and manage the end‑to‑end technical lifecycle of projects for Bosch Rexroth India. You will act as a bridge between customers, internal cross‑functional teams and vendors, ensuring solutions meet market needs and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify RFQs, perform risk assessments and prepare techno‑commercial proposals.
• Develop pre‑order documentation such as schematics, bill of materials (BOM) and cost sheets.
• Lead post‑order technical activities, obtain customer approvals and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct market intelligence, define long‑term business strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate with customers, BU, CFTs and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prototype, prove‑out concepts and document lessons learned.
• Promote new technologies, products and solutions and deliver technical training.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in industrial hydraulics, electric drives or automation solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and interact with customers.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
