Executive Assistant

About the role

Swish is building the next generation of food delivery by owning the entire value chain, from menu design to customer experience. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founders who will operate at the centre of the company, helping the founding team move faster and stay organized.

Key responsibilities

• Own the founders’ calendars, meetings, scheduling, and day‑to‑day coordination.
• Prepare founders with the right context, information, and materials before important meetings.
• Drive follow‑ups across teams and ensure key action items are tracked and completed.
• Coordinate with employees, candidates, investors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Manage communication channels and ensure urgent requests are addressed promptly.
• Organise leadership meetings, reviews, offsites, and other key company events.
• Maintain trackers, notes, documents, and systems that keep the founders organized.
• Take ownership of ad‑hoc projects, research, and emerging business problems.
• Anticipate founders’ needs and proactively provide solutions.
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations and keep initiatives moving without constant direction.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward getting things done.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus on critical tasks.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating diverse personalities.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and related productivity tools.
