Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership at Lowe's India by managing day‑to‑day operations, logistics and stakeholder interactions. This role requires strong networking abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to gather business intelligence for leadership units.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Indian vendors, law‑firm senior leaders, VPs and CXOs.
• Coordinate with internal and external senior stakeholders to schedule and facilitate discussions.
• Take meeting minutes, track action items and report progress regularly.
• Manage calendar, schedule, accept or decline meetings on behalf of leaders, and prioritize meeting requests.
• Attend meetings, capture minutes of meeting (MoM) and drive follow‑up activities.
• Handle travel logistics including visa applications, domestic/international flight bookings, accommodation, transport, international calling cards, forex cash and S‑badge arrangements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
