Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO

About the role

Sbooch Kombucha, an award‑winning clean‑label beverage brand, is seeking a high‑impact Executive Assistant (EA) to support its CEO and act as a strategic Chief of Staff. You will work on‑site in Mumbai, partnering directly with the founders to drive key initiatives and ensure seamless executive operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑priority projects across marketing, distribution, supply chain and investor relations.
• Align cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, finance, branding) to meet company OKRs.
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, pitch materials and strategic business reviews.
• Track operational and financial metrics, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, handle email correspondence and draft meeting documents.
• Lead exploratory growth channels, co‑branding partnerships and market research initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, founder’s office, venture capital or high‑growth D2C/FMCG startups.
• Strong analytical mindset with quantitative skills and familiarity with business metrics and financial modeling.
• Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication abilities.
• Bias for action, high ownership and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for clean‑label functional beverages and consumer brands.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
