Execution Engineer – Civil

About the role

The Execution Engineer – Civil will lead on‑site execution of residential construction projects, ensuring that all works are carried out according to specifications, safety standards and client requirements. You will act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, coordinate with internal teams and deliver accurate progress reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Read and extract Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from construction drawings.
• Prepare detailed method statements and ensure execution follows FQAP and approved procedures.
• Manage formwork systems and supervise finishing works such as brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, D&W, flooring, false flooring and false ceiling.
• Handle subcontractor performance, productivity monitoring, billing and joint protocol preparation.
• Obtain client inspections, certifications and timely quantity certifications for invoicing.
• Implement safety procedures on the project site.
• Produce 3‑month, monthly, weekly and daily progress reports and ensure alignment with schedule.
• Coordinate with all other departments to guarantee seamless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience on residential construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems and finishing works.
• Proven experience in subcontractor management and progress reporting.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and client certification processes.
