Event Production Manager – Weddings

About the role

Panigrahana Weddings is seeking an Event Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of wedding events in Bengaluru. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees every stage from concept design to post‑event wrap‑up, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with in‑house vendors and service teams to deliver all production elements on schedule.
• Develop and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
• Supervise on‑ground setup, teardown, and real‑time problem solving during events.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare post‑event reports, documentation, and performance analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event production, preferably in wedding or hospitality settings.
• Strong ability to manage multiple vendors and complex, multi‑day events.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for client and team interaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends according to event schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business or equivalent practical experience.
