Event Host / Emcee for Corporate Volunteering

About the role

Goodera is looking for an enthusiastic Event Host/Emcee to lead corporate volunteering experiences in Chandigarh. You will be the face of the event, ensuring volunteers enjoy a seamless, engaging, and impactful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Host and manage corporate volunteering events from start to finish.
• Set up materials, coordinate logistics, and handle contingency planning.
• Engage volunteers with clear communication and dynamic public speaking.
• Capture memorable moments and create lasting impressions for participants.
• Connect with partner non‑profits and beneficiaries to close the impact loop.
• Represent Goodera, upholding high standards of experience and engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Strong passion for social impact and understanding of volunteering benefits.
• Adaptability to respond swiftly to changing event situations.
• Problem‑solving mindset to address challenges as they arise.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
