Event Host / Emcee (Corporate Volunteering)

About the role

Goodera is looking for an enthusiastic Event Host/Emcee to lead corporate volunteering experiences in Lucknow. You will be the face of Goodera at client events, ensuring each volunteering session is engaging, seamless, and memorable for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Host and manage corporate volunteering events from start to finish.
• Represent Goodera, maintaining high standards of experience and engagement.
• Communicate clearly with volunteers, building strong connections.
• Oversee event logistics, including material setup, volunteer instructions, and contingency planning.
• Capture event moments to create lasting memories for participants.
• Coordinate post‑event wrap‑up and feedback collection.
• Engage with partner non‑profits and beneficiaries to close the impact loop.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with volunteers.
• Strong public‑speaking ability to captivate and motivate audiences.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Passion for social impact and understanding of volunteering benefits.
• Adaptability to respond swiftly to changing event situations.
• Problem‑solving mindset for on‑the‑spot challenges.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
