EUC Manager L1/L2 Support

About the role

We are looking for an EUC Manager to lead our L1/L2 end‑user computing support team in India. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with coordination of deployments, security tools and vendor management, ensuring a reliable desktop environment for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot advanced operating system, application and hardware issues for end users.
• Manage Active Directory – create and maintain users, groups, policies and permissions.
• Plan, execute and monitor software deployments, patching and updates using SCCM/Intune.
• Support VPN connectivity, network services and endpoint security tools.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring incidents and drive permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors for issue resolution.
• Mentor and guide L1 engineers, fostering knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of L1 support experience or 3–5 years of L2 support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Basic scripting ability, preferably PowerShell.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune or other endpoint management solutions.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DHCP, DNS and VPN.
