About the role
The EUC Manager will lead the L1 and L2 end‑user computing support team, ensuring seamless operation of Windows desktops, Office 365 services and related infrastructure across our Bangalore and Mumbai offices. You will act as the technical point of contact for complex OS, application and hardware issues while mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot advanced Windows OS, application and hardware problems.
- Manage Active Directory objects, group policies and permissions.
- Plan and execute software deployments, patching and updates using SCCM/Intune.
- Support VPN connectivity, network services and endpoint security tools.
- Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive long‑term fixes.
- Coordinate with hardware and software vendors for issue resolution.
- Mentor and guide L1 engineers to improve service quality.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of L1 support experience or 3–5 years of L2 support experience.
- Strong background in Windows 10/11, Office 365 and Outlook.
- Hands‑on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Basic scripting ability, preferably PowerShell.
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune or other endpoint management tools.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DHCP, DNS and VPN.
