About the role

3M is seeking an ESC Project Leader to guide small to medium‑scale projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will work within a collaborative environment that values curiosity, creativity, and safety.

Key responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
Plan, direct, and coordinate implementation activities ensuring timely and cost‑effective execution.
Manage project risks and maintain quality standards that meet client expectations.
Promote a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

Demonstrated project management experience with a track record of delivering small to medium projects.
Ability to manage risk and business impact within defined project boundaries.
Recognized expertise in project execution within a corporate environment.
