ESC Project Leader Coach

About the role

3M is seeking an ESC Project Leader Coach to elevate project delivery across its Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) function. You will act as both a coach and a delivery‑assurance partner, helping project leaders improve maturity, reduce risk, and adopt best‑in‑class practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct project control assessments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Provide targeted coaching, tools, and standardized practices to project leaders.
• Develop, maintain, and promote practical project management tools and standards.
• Deliver training sessions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and nurture a collaborative delivery community.
• Identify delivery challenges, benchmark best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management.
• At least 7 years in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing or logistics, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe).
• Experience with AI in project management, digital transformation, or consulting environments is a plus.
