ERPNext Developer – Frappe Framework

About the role

We are looking for an ERPNext Developer to own the development, customization, integration and optimisation of our ERPNext ecosystem built on the Frappe Framework. The role is hands‑on and requires strong Python expertise together with deep knowledge of ERPNext and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ERPNext and custom Frappe applications, including DocTypes, workflows, reports and dashboards.
• Write clean, scalable Python code for backend logic and automation scripts.
• Build and manage REST API integrations and webhooks with Shopify, WMS, payment gateways and logistics platforms.
• Perform data migration, transformation, cleansing and validation across ERP systems.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting; work with BigQuery for data extraction and analysis.
• Diagnose and resolve application, database, integration and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external consultants and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow version‑control best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in software or ERP development, preferably with ERPNext.
• Hands‑on experience with the Frappe Framework.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and system integrations.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
