ER Specialist, Employee Experience and Relations

About the role

The ER Specialist will join Amazon India's Global Employee Relations vertical, working closely with Field People Experience & Technology (PXT/HR) and Operations teams. The role focuses on creating a positive driver and associate experience across Amazon's last‑mile network.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently to solve ambiguous employee‑relations issues and drive resolutions.
• Analyze, diagnose, and redesign people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive ER climate.
• Prioritize initiatives that improve morale and safety for drivers and delivery partners.
• Collaborate with program, product, and tech teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Collect and interpret employee feedback and data to build persuasive narratives and measure program success.
• Engage with associates on the ground to identify concerns and partner with business stakeholders on solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels from shop‑floor staff to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage high volumes of tasks with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience turning data and anecdotes into actionable recommendations.
• Self‑starter who can operate independently, juggle multiple priorities, and influence cross‑functional teams.
