Entry-Level Recruiter (Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple mandates. You will partner directly with founders, CXOs and hiring managers to source and place top talent across growth, marketing, e‑commerce, operations and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure for mid‑to‑senior level roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking and creative sourcing strategies.
• Screen, evaluate and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs beyond job descriptions.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of recruitment experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Graduate degree.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into hiring strategies.
• Hustle mindset with structured execution and a passion for closing mandates.
• Own a personal laptop and stable Wi‑Fi connection.
