Entity Compliance & Governance Staff

About the role

EY’s Entity Compliance & Governance (ECG) team is looking for a Staff member to support multinational clients with their statutory compliance and reporting requirements. Based in India, the role will involve working closely with ECG member firms, EY local offices and central management teams across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, maintain compliance trackers and record filing deadlines accurately.
• Prepare and review company secretarial documents, health‑check reports and other compliance deliverables.
• Assist in drafting ECG annual compliance and event‑driven changes for various clients.
• Manage engagement administration, including code management, billing and client‑shared mailbox handling.
• Ensure legal entity data in databases is up‑to‑date and coordinate updates with central teams.
• Communicate regularly with clients, EY local offices and senior GDS managers to provide status updates.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for proposals, pricing requests and scoping activities.
• Learn and use new database and workflow management tools to support the team.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different geographic locations.
