Enterprise Risk & Internal Audit Senior Auditor

About the role

Inspire Brands is seeking a Senior Auditor to lead enterprise risk and internal audit activities within its Hyderabad Support Center. The role focuses on information technology audit, SOX compliance, and emerging AI‑enabled testing methods to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full IT audit lifecycle, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Perform SOX testing for IT controls: sample selection, walkthroughs, evidence review, and workpaper preparation in coordination with the Atlanta ER&IA team.
• Conduct test of design (TOD) and test of operating effectiveness (TOE) procedures and document findings.
• Support operational audits across the annual plan, using data analytics, control testing, and drafting management action plans.
• Deploy AI testing capabilities by mapping controls, tracking KPIs, and validating AI‑generated workpapers.
• Leverage technology and analytics to improve audit efficiency and provide actionable insights that close control gaps.
• Collaborate with risk owners in Accounting, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives for the ER&IA function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information technology audit and SOX compliance.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and emerging audit trends.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and develop productive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience with AI‑enabled audit tools or willingness to adopt new technologies.
