Enterprise GTM Lead – AI Inference & Agentic Solutions

About the role

Paytm is building a full‑stack AI platform focused on inference and agentic AI for large enterprises. The Enterprise GTM Lead will own the go‑to‑market strategy for these AI products, driving pipeline, deal conversion, onboarding and client success across enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise GTM strategy, including target segments, priority accounts, industry plays and product positioning.
• Partner with enterprise sales teams to provide product knowledge, pitch materials, pricing frameworks and objection‑handling support.
• Own pricing strategy and commercial structuring for AI agent deployments, supporting custom proposals, margin analysis and negotiations.
• Lead pipeline generation through industry events, webinars, account‑based outreach and ecosystem partnerships.
• Capture client feedback, work with product and technology teams to influence roadmap, and ensure smooth deployment and early value realization.
• Mentor business managers and client onboarding managers, set goals, monitor funnel performance and build repeatable operating processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise sales strategy, GTM, business management, consulting or SaaS revenue operations.
• Proven track record working with enterprise sales teams on B2B technology, fintech, AI or automation products.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, deal structuring, invoicing and vendor negotiations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional workstreams across sales, product, finance, onboarding and marketing.
• Excellent communication, executive presence and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools.
