Enrollment Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Enrollment Associate to oversee student enrollment processes, fee administration and related financial operations within our learning platform. The role combines administrative accuracy with financial responsibility, ensuring smooth admissions and payment flows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, batches, courses, fees and payments.
• Manage course fee structures, including splits, waivers, extensions, scholarships and optional subject fees.
• Monitor fee collections, prepare monthly and batch‑wise collection reports and forecasts.
• Reconcile daily payment records between the Accounts department and the LMS, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Process and verify course fee refunds, calculating and finalising refundable amounts.
• Coordinate with EMI/payment partners regarding admission and payment requirements.
• Handle LMS backend activities such as student access, batch changes, fee updates and payment‑related suspensions.
• Review and act on student requests related to admissions, batch transfers, fees and payments.
• Maintain documentation of all student and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Counsellors, Batch Coordinators and other internal teams to resolve queries promptly.
• Manage Reading Room admissions, fee collection, records and backend updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, B.Com, BBA Finance or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, payment reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
