English Trainer – Spoken English (L&D)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate English Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. You will design and deliver spoken English, communication, and soft‑skill programs for employees, fresh graduates, and trainees, helping them improve verbal confidence and professional presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct spoken English and business communication training sessions in classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Assess participants' language proficiency and identify development needs.
• Design customized modules, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
• Facilitate role‑plays, group discussions, presentations, and interactive activities.
• Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and coach participants.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the L&D team to address communication skill gaps.
• Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
• Certification in English language training (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with virtual training platforms.
