English Teacher – Training & Quality Auditor (Travel Required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced English teacher who can lead workshops, training sessions, and quality audits across partner schools in India. The role involves on‑site visits to multiple locations, ensuring our English programmes are delivered effectively and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to align training goals with product and curriculum development.
• Conduct student workshops on English language and communication skills.
• Deliver training sessions on pedagogy, curriculum, and delivery methods for teachers.
• Organise seminars and orientation programmes for students, parents, and teachers.
• Perform on‑site quality audits of English teaching in partner schools and provide actionable feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate implementation of the English curriculum.
• Collect field data, feedback, and insights to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing content and training modules based on field observations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining positive relationships with school leadership and staff.
• Submit timely reports on visits, session outcomes, and academic quality.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in English language teaching and curriculum delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across the country.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and able to work independently on site.
