About the role

STS, a CBSE‑affiliated private school, is seeking a full‑time English Teacher for its campus in Bahadurgarh. The successful candidate will deliver engaging English lessons across assigned grades, fostering reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in line with CBSE curriculum standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver English lessons that meet CBSE curriculum requirements.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive, motivating learning environment.
• Communicate student progress to parents and guardians.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Contribute to extracurricular or enrichment programs related to English language and literature.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education or a related field.
• Formal teacher training or certification suitable for CBSE or equivalent systems.
• Strong English teaching skills with the ability to engage learners of different ages and abilities.
• Experience in classroom management, student assessment and varied teaching methods.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory practices and students’ social‑emotional development.
