Engineering Manager – NetSuite

About the role

Fictiv is looking for a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead its NetSuite team. The role blends deep technical work with people leadership, overseeing a global OneWorld deployment that supports make‑to‑order manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in coding, debugging, and code reviews to unblock engineers and ensure high‑quality deliveries.
• Author technical design documents and lead architecture reviews for new features, customizations, and integrations.
• Define and enforce standards for SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, custom records, and integration approaches.
• Own and improve the CI/CD pipeline using SuiteCloud Development Framework and GitHub Actions.
• Manage project planning, estimation, and delivery across enhancements, integrations, and technical debt reduction.
• Serve as the technical liaison for Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders.
• Mentor, hire, and develop the NetSuite engineering team, conducting performance reviews and career planning.

Required profile

• 12+ years of NetSuite experience, including at least 3 years in an engineering management or senior technical lead role.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld, multi‑subsidiary setups, and core modules such as GL, Order to Cash, Inventory, AP, AR, Billing, Purchasing, Revenue Recognition, and Asset Management.
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes into scalable technical solutions.

Required skills

• NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow).
• SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Integration platforms, data migration, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, multi‑vendor BOMs, intercompany fulfillment, and landed cost management.
