Engineer – New Product Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineer to lead new product development for architectural and aluminium façade systems. The role focuses on creating innovative solutions, improving existing offerings, and tailoring products to meet specific client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new architectural products and aluminium façade components.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and drive continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to customize solutions for client specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and prototype testing plans.
• Support the transition of prototypes to full‑scale production.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; an MBA in Marketing is also acceptable.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and customize products in a technical environment.
